This 75-minute session with our Skin & Wellness Advisor is required for all new patients pursuing advanced skin and wellness care—including medical-grade skincare, customized treatment plans, cosmetic injectables, and technology-based treatments.

Whether you're interested in skin health, anti-aging, aesthetic injectables, naturopathic medicine, or advanced devices (e.g. laser, RF, microneedling), this consultation will give you a clear, personalized roadmap and connect you with the right practitioners—whether that’s one of our nurses, naturopathic doctors, estheticians, nutritionists, or other experts.

What to expect:
• A comprehensive review of your skin goals, history, and priorities
• A customized skincare and treatment plan
• Education on options available to you at Quartz
• Practitioner referrals tailored to your goals and comfort

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and can be booked in-person or virtually.

The $100 consultation fee can be applied toward same-day treatment or product purchases.
This fee is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours.

• Please complete your digital intake and consent forms prior to your appointment. These are required to move forward with your consultation.

• Our clinic is located in Ocean Park at:

  Free parking is available behind the building or across the street at Safeway.

• If arriving during peak traffic hours, please allow an extra 15 minutes for travel.

• If you're interested in a photo-based skin analysis, please arrive with no makeup. We can also provide a complimentary skin cleanse on-site.

• Bring or take clear photos of any skincare products, supplements, or medications you’re currently using.

Start with a New Patient IV Assessment — a required step to ensure your treatment is safe, effective, and personalized. This visit is covered by extended health benefits, and we direct bill with Blue Cross for your convenience.

Please bring or email any recent bloodwork (within 6 months). In some cases, further diagnostic testing may be recommended — but don’t worry, if you’re eager to start right away, all new patients can book in for a Mini Myers IV on their first visit (if appropriate for your health status).

Join or renew your 111 Facial Membership this spring and receive a $150 treatment credit. This one-hour monthly facial is designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, tone, and hydrate the skin promoting a healthy, radiant complexion with no downtime. PRP Treatments – Under-Eye Brightening, Facial Rejuvenation & Hair Restoration
Available to both new and existing patients, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments use your body’s own natural healing factors to target concerns such as under-eye darkness, facial volume loss, and thinning hair. A consultation is required before treatment. The $85 consultation includes a full health screening, personalized treatment plan, and a detailed pricing overview. If you’re a good candidate, treatment options ranging from $700–$1050 will be discussed with you during the visit.

Dr. Kaur is currently focusing on advanced treatment programs and ongoing care for her existing patients. As a result, she will not be accepting new patients or waitlisted clients for the remainder of 2025.

Appointments are structured to allow enough time for both an initial assessment and treatment during your first visit. Your practitioner will also work with you to create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and health needs.

These services are performed by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and are eligible for coverage under extended health benefits. We offer direct billing for Blue Cross and other major providers where applicable.
